Local lass, Anna Brennan, hosts the search for the Sunny Coast’s hottest new Comedy talent in the ‘Laughable’ New Act competition. Three heats, one final, a whole bunch of excited new comedians trying to prove they’ve got what it takes to go ‘next level’...and a big cash prize for the winner!
Previous winners of ‘Laughable’ are now well-established acts on the Australian Comedy circuit and some have performed at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, so there’s a good chance you’ll see someone at Laughable before they get famous.

Life drawing meets comedy. That’s right, if the jokes don’t make you laugh…the poses will. ‘Life Drawing With A Comedian’ has been a sell-out smash hit all around the world, including at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Fringe World, Perth and now it’s here for Sunshine Coast audiences to enjoy.
We’ve enlisted the funniest comedians as models to perform stand-up as you sketch, drink and laugh. You don’t need to be a talented artist to enjoy this show, in fact it’s better if you’re not. Just be willing to give it a crack, and most importantly, get ready to have a hilarious time. Drawing materials are provided if you don’t have your own.
